I am from Israel and so are my users and the server in the US
I have a public rather than a private website hosting
or is it the video player


Another question is whether the video can be linked in a link through
THE FTP manager

Try loadin the video to YouTune, then embedding the YouTube video into your site to speed up the load speed.

I do not understand what you mean link in a link through the FTP manager, do you want people to have a download link? Please
explain.

Is it possible to publish the video file
FTP MANAGER
Then redirect the link to the VIDEO file location I posted
Or it makes no sense at all

Do you want to upload the video file with FTP, then provide a link for people to download the video to their computers?
