Page will not update

Have updated page , published , but only colour changes to buttons have changed. Any ideas as to what I've done wrong.

No.

Add a small text box to bottom of page saying 'Page last updated dd/mm/yy hh.mm'. And add the appropriate details (time and date) just before you publish. If when you check your page after publishing you cannot see this message - then it's probably your browser cache. Hit F5 a few times or hold down shift while you refresh. If this doesn't solve your problem - post back but INCLUDE YOUR URL so someone can have a look.

I am having this same problem. I updated my site to add links to new pages, and these icons (links) don't appear. I have tried the F5 thing, also did Windows Washer. When I went to the site on another computer, it is not updated, so I don't think it's a cache thing. My website is www.valleycitypolice.com

I'm trying to link my 2 other pages...one for the DUI page & one for the sex offender page...through icons on the main page (left side is where I added them). Thanks for any help.
