Log into your control panel. Click the fantastico icon (blue smiley) and look for the Viper guestbook. Follow the instructions. It's pretty straightforward but if you get stuck come back and post for help.

I got as far as you suggested but i'm still no nearer. do i need to create a new page with a certain number for it to "appear" on the site or does it automatically install a new page for me.

Ok. You need to add a link, on your site, to the guestbook. You could add a button to the navbar if you wanted. The link would be something like: http://www.mywebsitename.com/guestbook/

This is assuming that you have installed the guestbook. Does that help you?

I really couldn't think what i was doing wrong, i should have realised thank you.

Sorry to bother you again, i have qadded the link www.av-it-clan.com/guestbook/ and the book is installed in my control panel but it still wont take me to it???

Hi Des,

Did you install it into a directory called guestbook? Check that.

Your link will be http://www.av-it-clan.com/whatever_d...u_saved_it_to/
