please help with taking off link Border color

can anyone tell me how to (take off) or change the color of the outer border link sorrounding my image/picture banner,that shows up when you give someone your banner to put onto their website , the one on mine is showing up blue all around the rim of it all around my banner ,this is just a example ,am not sure if the color is going to show up around it so that you all can see it or not

This is actually a question!!!! I am new to all of this - how do I post a new thread to ask a question? Sorry for being so dumb about it but I can't seem to find a post a new thread button any where!!!!

When you click to see the posts in a room, at the top left, just above the thread is a button that says "new thread". If you click on that, you are starting a new one.
