Employment Website

Hi
I am designing a website for the first time using your functionality. I need a front page (no problem), a forum (already installed and working), a shopping cart (I see there is, will install) and also an employment posting section. This is where my problem is, I've been scouring your site and other template and Open Source sites to find an employment posting website that I can hook into my own website.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
