How to add a Word doc download file?

I have an enrollment form on my site and I'd like to offer it as a Word doc download with an icon so people can fax it back if they prefer.

I've seen it on other sites and it look like it opens in another browser window but they have the option to save it too.

you can upload your word document through FTP or file manager in control panel, and then add link on your page to load them as www.yourdomain.com/yourfilename.doc
