How to add move up button

This must be very simple, but I can't find the answer in the forum search.
How do I add a move up button at the bottom of my page? I saw a button named "move up.gif" in my images folder(File manager), so what do I do next?

Hi there.

Do you mean 'go to top of page'? Try using the bookmark feature. This enables you to move around a page - like a hyperlink but within the page.
