few questions

I'm trying to find a way to add a text box with manual scrollbar that can only be typed in at the BlueVoda builder ( once page is uploaded, visiters can only read, they can't type in it)

Also trying to find a way of allowing visiters to "rate" certain things on the site but I don't yet have access to the Control Panel, is there another way of doing this?

The first question can be solved by using an i-frame. This allows exactly what you are asking about.
