need to ad a "search items" button

im looking for a search to for a new site i.e the customer puts in what they are looking for and if i have it it goes to that page or item , like a word search? site search? anyway if you can help much appreciated

my favorite free one is Free Find - I have it on A Child's Palace and am in the process of adding it to all my pages on Pinata Palace - it's on the home page now - it's the easiest one I've found to add. Tried a few others - and they required too much brain power for me :)
