Help Creating User Login

First off I would like to say hello to everyone, this community seems very helpful and I cant wait to be involved.

I was wondering how I should go about creating a few different elements for my website. One I want to be able to have users register and then be able to login to access certain info on the site, pretty much I want them to be able to login so they can input meeting times. Then I want to have a zip code box (you know like the searches to find the nearest movie theater or store) I want them to be able to find the closest meetings in there area. I know this is a lot but I was wondering if anyone knew anything about how I should go about this or if there is an existing program/tool.

To answer your first question I suggest you download Soholaunch. They offer templates, forms, userlogins and many more. The only thing is you can not use BlueVoda.
