help need info on templates

[allstarfaces]

i was considering buying a ready made template one of the ones with say flash and a full website , i have read the sticky but this only addreses the issue of adding pics one ata time but i downloaded a sample template and it certainly has a lot more than pics attached
is there any of you guys who have dooen this method and if so was it straight forward or do you need to be skilled etc as it looks to me very hard to try
