    Hey Nancy,

Perhaps try your e-mail address again in the script. Try
    xxx@yourdomain.com
    and then try
    http://www.xxx@yourdomain.com

Maybe it will work now. Or have you already done this?

Or- better yet, create a new e-mail address and try that one. Expirement a little.

I'm so confused..just to make sure, the script is written on the thank you page, not the contact page...right?

When I log in to web mail, under the Horde logo or Squirrel logo it says "full e-mail address required to login". What does that mean...I don't see anywhere to type in my e-mail address or password for either of those. I simply click on the icons and I am directed to the mailbox. Could I be logging in incorrectly which could be the problem?

When the window that comes up asks for a username- in that box you would type in the full e-mail account you created.
            Example: terry@digitalcraftsmanweb.com

then you would enter the password you created for that e-mail account.

If you had a hundred differents accounts- that is how each would log in to get mail.

I venture to say you will find that the mail did come through and the account you had previously logged into was your default email created when you signed up.

Also- yes the script is in the page html of the thankyou page.

              Re: Horray, Horray....still need help!

Okay, I have it!...The username & password assigned to me in my welcome letter was the one that popped up evertime I logged into webmail. I didn't realize that it had to be changed to my email address....everything is working fine now...it's about time. I will never forget this!!!!
Now...I tried to go on to process 123. I changed the information on the form in the contact page to cnow1 and that didn't connect to my thank you page. Here we go again!!!!!!!!!!!

Back up a little. What do you mean process123 and changing the form to cnow1? Are you trying to now use the more secure method tutorial?

Actually- that script that I wrote you is a secure script. Put everything back as it was and your all set.
