Bought template help, ASAP help please

I bought a template that I want to use, but I want to edit some of the information within the contents of the one I bought..What file do I use in Blue voda inorder to edit the template..Is it a html file or what..I can't get anything to work in blue voda..I've been working on this for 2 days now..Where is the file I need to use located and what is the name???
I've unzipped the template file sent to me, as per instructions...But I can't make heads or tails out of the files I've been sent inorder to bring it up in bluevoda to edit...I've even tried Frontpage with no luck...
Is there a number where I can actually talk to a human about my issue???

Someone please responsed, I'm going crazy here...LOL
All I want to do is bring up the template I've bought and edit it...

Hello,

The template you bought might have been a Flash Template. If that is the case, you will need Macromedia Flash to edit it or by a professional.
