Help me plz

I am very confused. I need someone to help me so badly. If anybody doesn't mind helping me, could you plz e-mail me at G*********************.com.
I am not very comp smart, and am so confused it's like i've been turned around in circles. I would really appreciate help or if you have MSN add me plz so i can get some help. I would really appreciate it.
