    Unidentified objects with BlueVoda

    Hi,
I have recently joined up with VodaHost and started using BlueVoda - which is a really terrific tool for website building. I am still in the process of designing a webpage @ www.solsurge.com and thoroughly enjoying myself but wondered if anyone else had experienced this problem with BlueVoda:
Occasionally when I try to "Undo" an action - especially related to the insert/movement of an image - I get an error message "Unspecified object!" and when I click OK (to get rid of the Alert Message Box) my entire page disappears! And there is no way of retrieving it...it seems to vanish out of my saved files/documents as well...
I have lost quite a few nearly completed pages in this way - which means I am having to double my efforts!
Any ideas as to what is going on? and what I should be doing to avoid/fix the problem?
    Thanks
    Salmon

    Salmon-
What type of computer are you operating? What operating system and anti-virus are you running. Additionally- do you have a fire wall?

This is the first time I have heard of such an occurance.

      HI Andy,
Sorry for late reply...had some trouble logging in to the forum. Seems I am been plagued by logistic problems at the moment!
To answer - I am operating a standard Mecer Pentium, with Norton Internet Security/Virus protection and as far as I know I have disabled my Windows firewall...I have tried several times to uncover other potential firewalls but with no luck...I have just struggled today to access a file that I downloaded off the net so perhaps there is a firewall attached to my ISP that I am unaware of.
But no worries - I have figured out a way to avoid the 'glitch' that I described, so if no one else is experiencing it I feel better! An anomoly is better than an inevitable! Because other than that I have absolutely loved working with Bluevoda - and have created some beautiful pages.
      Thanks for your response.

Just an FYI- I am not too keen on Norton Anti-virus. I have fixed several of my friends computers that had trojans and viruses get through Norton.

In fact- one disabled norton, disabled windows update and then proceeded to infect the **** out of it. If you are experiencing "anolomies" I would suggest unistalling Norton and giving your computer a good cleaning. AVG is a great FREE antivirus.

        Just a thought

Andy (there is a reason why norton does not hold top postion right now)

I agree with Andy on the Norton's and the AVG ... I've been using AVG now for two years ... my prior three years were Norton and I was never so happy as the day I decided to stop using it ... AVG is excellent, I've not had any problems .... I agree with Andy, did I say that already, lol ...
