I've been trying to implement Carp on my website, so I can have automatically updated newsfeeds coming into my site for my particular topic at hand. I've followed the tutorials on implementing this, and when I finally get to point of running the setup file, after all files have been uploaded etc. I'm getting an error.
The reason I'm asking is that shortly after in the tutorial, it mentions, that not all hosting companies security settings will allow this type of application, without first contacting them and letting them know what you are trying to accomplish. Now does Vodahost allow Carp applications or do I have to get them to open up some sort of permission on my account or? Anyone with any answers on this?
