live chat wanted

hi all,
on my website, im wanting to have live chat. something like what is on
http://www.dontstayin.com. how do i do this ?

also would like to have a box or something on my site showing who is online at the time.

hi, what im looking for is to have 2 message boxes. 1 where you enter a message then when pressing enter it sends it into the other box where it is visible to other users. so that people can chat online to each other but have to be registered to my site to use it. basicly, like a chat room but which is going to be visible on each page of my site.
