Submit not working..

your form was built wrong. your submit page goes to FEEDBACK.PHP it should go to contact.php ( it has to have the same name as the page, which in this case is called
contact.html)

I dont understand what you are telling me. I followed the directions from another forum Pablo was working on. I need it to not send me to an email form when a client submits it. What do I need to do?

I changed the file name to contact.php and got this error:
