Using FLV in blueVoda

What do I have to buy or do to be able to use Flash FLV files in Blue Voda?

Use the Plugin tool from the toolbar and add all the parameters manually.

But the FLV doesn't play when you hit preview in browser.

I must have had a brain fart. I used the flash tool instead of the "plugin" tool.
How do I set the parameters in the plugin tool?
name? and Value?
