Publishing questions

Dear Blue voda helpers...!!! >.<;;

I cant publish my first page (home page)!!! and Im still trying to learn how to how to link the navigation and..and..it took me two days just to find out how to post a thread up here...in the general support!! Im sooo bad at this... everytime i push the publish button it says...
" Internet Exception error 12014
Details:
The request to conect and log on to the FTP server could not be completed because the supplied password is incorrect."

But the password is the same one i use to log in here, right? And goes the same for Username...right?
also....what is "SEVER IP:

please bare with me on here...im just sooo lost ...i cant tell which is my left or right anymore!! @-@

And for those of you who need my Domain name it is dy-chan.com i dont know if it helps or not...but there it is...now...please can someone help me publish my Home page...im so dense so please bare with me here..im not your smartest (nor smart) kinda opf person here...!!! >.<;;

P.S i meant "SERVER IP" i have no idea what that is and its says somewhere that it was supposed to be in my welcome msg? but i dont remember there being a server IP number of any kind in there!! so i deleted the msg!! someone....help...

You will NOT be able to publish to your website without your:

server number
username
password

You will have to put in a support ticket requesting a resend of your Welcome Email.....and this time please keep it somewhere safe.

The user/password to log in for these forums are a different kettle of fish....

Like David said...Do not delete the welcome letter. It is crucial for you to do just about anything and everything on your account. Print it out and keep it near you at all times! It has a lot of information in there, so don't let that intimidate you.
