Right click on an open area of your page (in the BV software)and select "Page Properties"
Title it whatever you choose, however using a keyword(s) in the title is very beneficial for SEO.

Make sure you name them properly. Dont name them home, contact us, about us , etc. I have found that my page names are a HUGE part of where I rank in search engine rankings. So put some good keywords in there.
Actually, for conctact and about pages - contact and about are fine - but for pages that have the meat of the site - you want your keywords in the titles.

yeah, she's right. I went ahead and added some text to my contact and about pages though so that they would be additional pages indexed with original content to try and compete for other key words. Most people probably dont try to compete for key words in those pages though.
