My computer crashed and I cannot publish

When my computer crashed, I downloaded my BlueVoda web builder from a zip disc where I had backed up my computer. When I went to publish using my master ID and password, it would not let me publish saying I had the wrong password.

I do not think I ever changed passwords but cannot figure out how to publish.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Try downloading a new copy of BV Cindy.................

And make sure you're selecting the correct IP address when publishing.

I did download BlueVoda again and tried to publish and it says I have the wrong password.

Is it even possbile to change my master password?
