Advance Blue Voda Form question

Hey Folks!
My form has been working great, however I need some more tweeking done to it.How do I configure the formatting? For now when they put in their phone number, it looks like this: XXXXXXXXXXX. I want it to look like this: XXX-XXX-XXXX. If they type it in like that they get an error. Also I'm having problems with dollar amounts, dates and spaces. If you want to let them use this format, change the telehone field extension from -N , to -A. However, the most usuall way to have such a format is to use 3 different numeric fields, then the script adds the "-" sign.

An additional feature would be that of adding some code so that as soon as the first field is filled, the cursor automaticaly moves to the second field, and so on.
