I have been waiting for the new 75.126.169.141 account but it doesn't show up on the drop down menu to log on and I am in very big trouble with some of my clients. I need to be able to publish some new pages to the web. Please Please help me.

I have downloaded the 9.1, is this different?

I have re-downloaded 9.1 but it doesn't have a drop down menu that includes the new IP address that ends in 141

If you follow the General's instructions and download and INSTALL the version provided to you from the above link, you will notice the new ip address at the bottom of the list ... this does indeed work, I just did so myself ...

Can you try again, ensuring you also install ... Perhaps even reboot your computer ...

Email ... or the above post?? No need to uninstall, just goes right over the top of your existing version ....

I appreciate your help. I re installed from the link (which is where I installed it from originally. The download said that it was successful, and I re booted. I did this twice. I just did it again. Still the last IP address is 75.126.169.140

I don't use zip programs very often. But the install said it was successful. The new site shows paypal and other things I had not seen before. I would assume this is the upgrade, but still I don't have the new ip

I am really in trouble with some clients. Should I fill out a support ticket?

Clear the cache totally, offline content too! Reboot, and try again. Sometimes you will still get the old version of whats loaded as its been stored as offline content. If it still wont work, clear the cache again, redownload, and try one more time. Then put in a support ticket if it still doesnt work.

There is no reason to put in a support ticket, they can not help you. Pay attention to what you are doing.....delete any old setup.exe file you have laying about.

1) Create a folder on your desktop called new
2) Download into this folder.
3) Install the download from this folder.

For the record, I have been very careful about what I have been doing, and your fixes haven't worked for me, following all of your advice. I finally have the problem corrected, but just for your knowledge, the ONLY way this would work is by uninstalling the program, and then installing it.

It would simply not work regardless of clearing the cache, and deleting any *exe commands.

I am happy for all of those who had no problem with the new and improved version but it just didn't work simply for me.

Maybe this knowledge will help someone else with my problem.
