BlueVoda 9.1

I just downloaded Blue 9.1 and tried to publish a page to my website; I received a " Internet exception 12111" The FTP operation was not completed because the session was aborted message. Can someone please tell me what I did wrong and how I fix it?

Are selecting the correct IP address form the drop down list?
username and password?
