capturing visitors details

hi

i have created a form using the form bar on bv. can u tell me how to easily align the text and boxes vertically on the page? I tried clicking on the align tools but it wasn't enabled. are there any standard forms i could download as an alternative to creating one?

activate the grid lines, they are there for alignment purposes.
