Downloading video file

I have customers on Macs who have trouble downloading video files in any format from my Blue Voda site. This does not happen with Windows people. Is there a fix I don't know about?

This is the one giving trouble. 3 like files over time have not worked on macs, also.
If need directions, right click on link when you get to page. Choose "save target as".

I have since replaced it with a .mov file and it works for him.

It has nothing to do with the mac, a video file is a file. Does your customer know how to download??? Sounds like a silly question, but many people do not. Does your customer have the required software to play the video file????
