Guys, I while back, you sent an email on how to to speed up loading pages with some sort of code inserted in regards to 'do not cache'. I have lost the email, and im wondering if anyone can point me to the right direction.

Hi, I maybe wrong? But if you put in a code to avoid a page caching I would assume that this will make a page slow on every visit. The idea of a cache is to speed things up by placing previously downloaded pages in your computers cache. I would have thought a page that didn’t want to be cached, is one that is being updated on at very regular base’s, like news & stock market prices.
