ftp manager

  • ftp manager

    I have created a couple of new foulders in the public_html directory using ftp manager and uploaded some files to them. I can acces them from my control panel file manager, but when I open ftp manager again, both files are not here!! they do not exist..

    Any help?

    Make sure you are looking in public HTML and not public FTP

        I dont have an answer for you, as I cant see what you do. What are you using as an ftp manager? I would say the folders are there, but, either the manager is using a cache from a previous load, or you put them in a different folder. As I said.. I cant see what you do. Try clearing the cookies and temp files, shut down the manager first, and look again

          YES
          I believe that the manager is using a cache from a previous load because all of this happened after I have changed my laptop and installed a fresh copy of BV on it. SO, How can I resolve it if this is the cause?

            ummm go to internet explorer, click on tools, internet options and clear the temporary files and history files.

              Well, I have deleted them, and still has the same problem..I am using the ftp manager that is integrated with BV.
