My new Domain Account is a Parked Page???

O.k., I started a new Domain account and cleared my vodahost/bluevoda account to start everything fresh and new. I paid the $20.00 for the new domain name and then i checked the domian tools whois ect.. (there is some funny stuff there but the registrant info is correct) and then I go into bluevoda to publish my web page and I see that MY WEBSITE IS A PARKED PAGE???? THE DOMAIN IS WQXV.COM I had nothing to do with enom or apartments or dating WHERE DID ALL THIS STUFF COME FROM? In the e-mail i received from Bluevoda they said that the domian name is auto configured and fully fuctional on the servers.(i.e., don't go through pointing the browser and changing the dns settings ect..) the Also why isn't the name servers to vodahost??? Thank you........
