    Design Help

I have not yet been able to find an answer to my numerous problems. If someone could help me out I would appreciate it.
    www.sunstatequartet.com

I needed to edit my index.bvp page. After I did this, my published page really messed up. It has duplicate text in the header and the menu buttons do not work. I have tried to re-publish all of my pages becasue I published them with the incorrect links on the buttons. I have tried to republish all of them with the correct links but have had no luck so far. Do I have to delete the published pages, edit them and then republish them? If so, how do I do that. I have looked in the file manager but I really do not know what to do and I do not want to mess something up. I have already dine that enough. I think I am headed on the right track with building my site but I just got a little confused.

    Anyone want to volunteer?

    Re: Design Help

Republishing the corrected pages should work as it will re-write over the page on the server.

If however you wish to delete the index page you can do it via the FTP Manager. In the BV Web Builder program- click on Tools on the top menu. Then FTP Manager. Then go to the left side of the menu bar and click on Connect. This will show you a split window. The files on the left are those files on your computer. The files on the right are files on the web server. On the right- locate index and then right click on it and choose delete. This will delete the file. Then close out of that and go back to the Web Builder and pull up your index page. Make your corrections and save and publish.

Your links. They need to have the .html extension on them. For instance- a correct link would be:
http: //www.sunstatequartet.com/news.html (where news.html represents the page you created in BV and wish to link to)
The way you have it is:
    http: //www.sunstatequartet.com/news
(**Note in this manner it is refering to a folder named news - not a web page.)

    Hope that helps-

    Andy

        Okay Andy, (and anyone else),
I have edited my index page. I have saved it. I republished it. When I go to my web site, the old version of the index page appears. I went into FTP Manager and deleted the index.html and republished the page. Same deal. The old page pops up. I am confused AGAIN!

Hey Bigflag: Here is what I see when I access your site. Of course I see the rest of the picture too. Is this your old or new site?
