General - you gave me what appears to be a clear answer on up-loading .pdf files for downloading (I'll know when I activate my site).

Part 2: How do I link different points on the same page? For example, on many sites at the bottom of a long page there is a "back to top" button that when clicked will take you back to the top of the page - how is that accomplished.
