A Book with turning pages

Greetings to all

I’m looking for a book that pages turn, but I would like the pages to tear off like on a calendar as it is being turned to read what on each page. I want this for my web page getting another brain explosion would appreciate the help or suggestions Thanks ahead of time

Hi. You can do this for free with images at a lot of photo hosting sites, & there are a few scripts that will also do this. But if you need to have whole pages of text & images turn over I believe you will have to get some software like desktop author http://www.desktopauthor.com there are others around? But this is one of the best I have seen. Not sure if I have seen the ripping page part ?
