It wont save anything

This is doing my head in! I wrote a massive load of code and then i saved and it did but now the next day its back to how it was before the save i did! This has happened numerous times but i assumed it was my error but i made 100% sure this time cos i purposely saved the same thing in multiple directories to see if they would all change back to how they were before i had saved.. and they did!

I ain't made any progress in over a week on building the site because of this strange error.

Any one else had this problem?

2) Which website builder are you using?
3) How are you inserting your code?
