G'day All,
I'm a Newbie at Web Building and have been spent a couple of weeks reading these Forums and trying to get my site up as soon as I can.
I've played around with various designs for my template etc and now have tried putting text to the pages.
I have been carefully composing the text in "Word" to optimise for SE's etc. I find that I can't copy some sections of the text (like bullets) directly into BV. So I copied and pasted by sections of text into separate text boxes and created the bullet boxes directly using BV.
The Problem:
When I place the bullet box immediately below the plain text box, it shows up in Browser Preview with a gap of about 1-1/2 inches between the two sections. Yet a subsequent text box and another bullet box continued below, come out exactly as placed/spaced.
I've searched to see if there were any hidden text boxes lurking with transparent text (I'm using a black background) and there are none.
This might be my maiden post, but I guarantee there will be plenty more.
Cheers
Rick
