Missing buttons and images in web site

Hi, can anyone help me?

I have designed my website using Bluevoda. My site name is www.increasemyearnings.com . If you go to the page, you will see that the navigation bar does not have the button image shown. I have used the standard buttons from the Bluevoda software.

You will also see small crosses (x) on some of my images. I do not know what is wrong.

Help!!!!
