    Support question

    I submitted a support ticket and received a reply, however while I am thankful for the reply it did not resolve my issue. I, therefore replied restating my problem and am awaiting a reply.

    I posted a question on the forum in hopes someone could assist, but have not yet received a reply. I understand that one does not always get immediate help. Please be assured that I am in no way complaining. Is there a phone support number so that I can resolve this without going back and forth with emails and/or waiting for answers?
