    New Site

    Hello,
I have an account, and a web site done already in BlueVoda. I know I can have different web sites. I've creating a club fishing web site. What I'm trying to do is show a club member the home page, and send him the address without just viewing it in my browser.

    Questions?
    1. How can I do this?
    2. Do I have to call the home page Index as well?
    3. Would this affect my other site?

You need to create a new directory for your new site. For example: http://www.mywebsite.com/fishingclub

Then publish your new index page to: public_html/fishing_club
    And access it as: http://www.mywebsite.com/fishingclub

    or

You could add it as a sub-domain and you could access it as http://www.fishingclub.mywebsite.com

    or

You can buy a domain name and add it as an add-on domain if you wanted then it would be accessible as a website in its own right. eg. http://www.fishingclub.com But if you're not bothered about that then either of the above will work just fine.

    Hope this helps.

Did you get it to work

How did you go with your fishing site, Did you manage to fix the problem and create a new directory with FTP.
Did you have to name your new fishing site "index" ?
