Spam in questbook

How do I prevent spam in my guestbook?
I do track theire IP adress and block them through my Cpanel but a couple of commercial messages cant be removed.What can I do?

Edit the PHP file t remove the spam entries...download it and save it to your desktop....yu can do this with BlueFTP
