Having a problems with text

I am having a problem with certain letters from the Czech alphabet on my site. not matter what I try, some letters don't save on the page. I have tried changing the ISO character code and it does not work.

Is there any other options that I can try to get these letter to save correctly? ěřů

I have the same problem. It look like the html code is not right.

when I write down in blue voda: " v převážné většině "
HTML code is:

Can somebody please help us what to do with it?

As a font for the whole text I have used Franklin gothic Medium, but I already tried to used another one (arial CE etc.)
