Navi bar help please

Hi! My website is www.septemberschild.com. I'm doing a little updating and can't seem to figure out how to resize the navi bar. I tried to just move the size in on the page but it doesn't move. I tried to look in the properties for a size but it's only for the font. Is there a way to do this? Thanks for your help!

Hi Elena ...

If you are referring to the size and shape of the nav buttons, you can't resize them within blue voda, however, you can change the spacing between each button. You could choose a different size nav bar and then change on all of your pages, or you could also make custom nav bars, there is a thread here in the forum for assistance with that, (I could find you that thread) If you like your nav buttons you are using and wanted to simply resize them, you could open the image on yoru computer and reduce the size of that image at pix resizer, again having to resert on all your pages though ..

I tried to grab the image so I can resixe it but I have no idea how to do this. I'd like to keep what I have if I can. Otherwise, please send me the thread for making my own.

Hi ... probably the quickest and easiest way for you to do this then is

1. Go into your computer C://ProgramFiles/BlueVoda/navbar

2. Choose the image of the nav bars you are using (You are using one for mouseover as well remember, so you will want to do both of them)

3. Change the size in an image edition program or you could download voda hosts free PIX RESIZER ..

Ok, I finally found the images. I have reduced them to the size I like and now have these seperate images. How do I get them into being the navi bar again? Do I follow the thread for custom nav bars?

Hi lol on the lots of work!!! Yes, but so much fun eh!! Better than baking a cake ..

Just give those a name each and place back into that same folder, then when you double click your nav bar on your blue voda page you can then scroll through and find each one that you made ... this will show up for you .. and you can find lots of information in that thread as well, but this is what you will need to do ..
