    FONT Styles

    Hi,

I'm new to BV and was wondering how do I add different FONT styles?

My friend uses BV and has a multitude of different FONT styles yet I seem limited to the bulk standard ones.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Re: FONT Styles

You can't use them unless you have them on your computer - so if you want to use fonts you don't have on your computer - you need to download them.

Now - remember, every time you use a font that someone doesn't have on their computer, it will default to their default font - and your website won't look at all like you think it should. You should stick with the basic, web friendly fonts if you want your site to be accessible to all.

        Bmac

I don't know if it considered a bad practice or not, but I wanted a fancy page title font, so I used the "text properties" and checked the little box at the top of the text properties window that says, "publish this text as an image". Worked just fine for me on two different fonts.

Do you mean your header? Most people make their headers as images - that's no problem at all.
