If its the same you use for your cpanel log in .. then simply put in a support ticket. If it was an ftp account you made for ftp'ing to certain folders or sites, then delete that account and remake it with a new password from the cpanel.

If you dont own the account.. then contact the account owner. Good luck!

Then put in a support ticket. They will have to reset it for you.
