I would like to create a confidential messaging system between the members of my site, so they can send mess. but dont have to disclose their info like email

Check a website like http://hotscripts.com for something like "private messaging"

There are system like you want on forums, but you would have open dialog as well as the private.

You might also want to install and test out a couple of the support ticket system you can install through cPanel. That is a type of private messaging, but depending on how the script is setup and what your exact needs are, it could be confusing to your users as to what it does.
