Problem changing page size.

Hi there, I'm having problems shortening one of my webpages. I published the page, realised it needed to be shorter, but cannot seem to alter it. I've tried resizing and saving, then republishing. This doesn't work, even clearing the cache using F5. I've tried locking the page at the new size and republishing, this doesn't work either. This method works fine for my other pages so if anyone has an idea I would really like to hear it. The page in question is http://www.OutoftheDark.info/ordertwo.html

It looks as if myou are using an image as your background? If so, You will have to alter the image length to match the page length that you desire.
