pop up box on exit from site

hiya!

i want to be able to have a pop up box on my site that pops up when someone trys to leave the site saying 'have you signed up for our free chihuahua ebook' i saw this on blue voda extra site but dont seem to be able to get on there anymore, it just comes up not allowed on this server?

does anyone know a script for this?
