help correcting submit button problem

i have a form on my site www.myvillagecarptner.com and when i push the submit button i just get the cannot find message. any idea what i've done wrong?

Because you have saved and published your action page as "thankyou.php".

Open the page in BV, change the form action to be "thankyou.php" save and publish agaian. Refresh your browser before testing
