  • Program Closing

    I just downloaded the 9.22 version and created a page template. When I try to open a new page from the template, BV closes every time. This didn't happen with the older version. Can someone help?

    Download again and restart your computer

      Tried re-downloading and starting pc over. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still have the same problem... "BlueVoda has encountered a problem and must close."

        Did you do a complete new download form the BV site? You must delete your temp files because its possible that the first download was corrupt and even though you may be downloading again the old corrupt file is reinstalling itself. Make sense???

          I tried everything you mentioned and BV still wants to close when I click on new page > template.

          Would it make a difference which browser I used to download BV?

            Try IE or FF .. I have heard similar differences ...

              This may be a long shot, but have you tried opening Blue Voda first, and then opening the file from within BV?

                I've been away for a few days and could not reply. I've tried everything you guys mentioned. I've downloaded thru IE and FF. I didn't try Netscape...maybe I should try that.

                I was fine until I downloaded the 9.22 version. If anyone has anymore ideas about what I can do, please reply.
