Download a PDF file

I would like to have the ability on my website to have the viewers see and/or download a pdf file (my CV).

I did a button with a hyperlink to the pdf file, which I uploaded to my site using FTP Manager, but when you click on the button, there is just an eternal hang up, with the file not downloaded or viewed on the page.

I am sure I am doing something wrong, but I'm not sure what.

If it helps, my website is at www.walshadr.com, and the button is "My Resume".

you upload the pdf file using the ftp tool, but you have to upload the file to read walshcv.pdf instead of WalshCV.pdf, so your link now would be
www.walshadr.com/walshcv.pdf
hope this works
the upload file and the link file must be the same, no caps, spaces etc...

Thanks so much for your help. I think my other mistake was to make the link an ftp link rather than an http link.

I made those changes, and it seems to work.
