How do you set up a page where visitors can upload pictures and text? I want them to be able to send me a form with pics and txt to one of my e-mails. How do you do this in Blue Voda?

there is a great form maker called ABVFP and it is in the forms sections of the forum. you can upload pictures, movies and audio with using this form maker. pretty easy to work with.
